Los Angeles, CA – The City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has selected Columbia Telecommunications Corporation (CTC) to assist with the development of strategy regarding the Fiber Optic Enterprise (FOE) in the city. The project will assist in the formulation of an updated strategic business plan for the current FOE program.
